The Qualité Tourisme™, ‘Destination of Excellence’ label
Cœur de Nacre Tourisme, created on 1ᵉʳ January 2015, was awarded its first Qualité Tourisme™ mark in May 2016. A quality renewed during the latest audits.
From 2026, Cœur de Nacre Tourisme will be aiming for the new ‘Destination d’Excellence’ label!

A commitment at your service: The Marque Qualité Tourisme™
The Qualité Tourisme mark is awarded for a period of 5 years, renewable after an audit.
The Qualité Tourisme mark is the only state mark awarded to tourism professionals for the quality of their welcome and services. Our entire team is committed on a daily basis to optimising the services we provide and improving the quality of our welcome.
As a result, the quality of reception is monitored using indicators (such as customer surveys, suggestion sheets, complaints, etc.) which are frequently analysed and studied by a Destination Quality Group, in order to implement corrective actions and constantly improve the quality of the destination.
From 1 September 2024, the ‘Qualité Tourisme™’ mark will be placed under extinctive management, before disappearing on 31 December 2026.

The Qualité Tourisme™ label, replaced by the ‘Destination d’Excellence’ label
The new Destination d’Excellence label is designed to enhance quality across the entire tourism offering: accommodation, restaurants, visitor and leisure facilities, tourist information points (tourist offices in particular) and transport. As well as focusing on the quality of the welcome and services offered, the label will also raise standards in terms of eco-responsibility and accessibility.
It has replaced the ‘Qualité Tourisme’ mark since May 2024.
Our tourist office and its Category 1 classification
Cœur de Nacre Tourisme has been awarded a Category 1 classification for a period of 5 years, renewable after examination of the application by the Prefecture.
This classification is a sign of national recognition that guarantees the coherence and consistency of the services offered by the Tourist Office.

Accueil Vélo is a national label that guarantees a high-quality welcome and services along cycle routes for touring cyclists.
The Courseulles-sur-Mer and Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer tourist offices offer a range of services and cycle maps
Our quality commitments in the Cœur de Nacre also converge to make tourism ever more inclusive and responsible
Tourisme & Handicap is the only label awarded to tourism professionals who are committed to a quality approach focused on accessibility to leisure activities and holidays for all.
Our two tourist offices in Courseulles-sur-Mer and Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer have both been awarded the label.
