Description

Valérie, a former circus teacher, offers the delicious iodised oysters that her husband Jacky has been growing on 4 hectares of land in Asnelles since 1994. These oysters come from their own oyster farm near La Rochelle. The spat are natural, and unlike triploid oysters, which are born in a laboratory. In short, go for a bourriche, it's 100% natural. You will also find on this stall whelks and spiders.
