Description

For witches and monsters of all kinds, Courseulles is celebrating Halloween on Thursday, October 31!

Come and enjoy a monstrously fun day specially concocted by the town?s entertainment department, the Au Paradis des Enfants merry-go-round, the Association Culturelle de Courseulles (ACC) and the Juno Beach Centre.

Children will be able to dance to the Tangerine Hoween Ball, solve a mysterious investigation, make frightful objects in the craft workshop, have their faces painted as little monsters, dress up to parade along the sea wall and accompany the monster to the stake!

New this year: the Hoween Ball After getting the kids up and dancing at Caen's Zénith the day before, Compagnie Mandarine will be at the Salle de l'Edit in Courseulles-sur-Mer for their famous Bal?Hoween. Mandarine never misses an opportunity to offer a ball to share with the whole family. Rounds and farandoles will be filled with goblins, witches, wolves and the undead... but "for real". Kids, put on your ugliest costume and come dance the maggot twist or fish for skeletons. It's a fun, festive event for children aged 3 and over. Offered by the Town of Courseulles-sur-Mer

The Ball will be followed by a snack for the children and a pumpkin soup prepared by volunteers from the town (pumpkins donated by Carrefour Market)
