Description

A must-attend event on sustainable and socially responsible food The ALIMENTERRE festival was born in 2007 in a Paris cinema.

Since then, it has become an international event on sustainable and solidarity-based food organized every year from October 15 to November 30. Through a selection of 8 documentary films, it encourages citizens to learn about and understand agricultural and food issues in France and around the world, so that they can participate in the co-construction of sustainable, solidarity-based food systems and the right to food.

For this seventh edition, the AlimenTERRE Festival, dedicated to major agricultural and food issues, organized by the Comité Français pour la Solidarité Internationale (CFSI), with Horizons Solidaires for Normandy, will be hosted on the Côte de Nacre, in Bernières-sur-Mer (10/19 for "Traînée de poudre"), Saint Aubin-sur-Mer (05/11 for "Théorie du boxeur" and 07/11 for "Larzac"), Ouistreham Riva-Bella (09/11 for "razzia sur l'Atlantique"), Hermanville-sur-Mer, Langrune-sur-Mer (22/11 for "Demain la vallée"), Douvres la Délivrande (24/11 for "Les maux de notre alimentation"), Lion-sur-Mer (29/11 for "La dernière graine") and Courseulles-sur-Mer (11/11 for "L'or bleu - l'or vert : the tears of a valley")
