The year 2024 marks both the 80th anniversary of the Normandy landings and the centenary of the Royal Canadian Air Force. To mark the occasion, François Oxéant, guide and author of the book "Crash à Bayeux : la dernière mission du Sergeant Ferguson" (Crash at Bayeux: Sergeant Ferguson's last mission), will give a talk on the missions of Canadian fighter pilots in Calvados (1943-1944). The lecture will be followed by a book signing of his book, an expanded version of which has just been published by OREP.
