Description

This chapel contains one of the first monumental expressions in glass slabs, architectural technique of which René Lalique was the precursor.

Classified as a Historic Monument, this beautiful ensemble has been restored in the spirit of the original work designed by Lalique in 1930 for the Centenary of the Community. To discover: the Christ on a translucent cross, three glass windows, an altarpiece, a tabernacle door, luminous columns and a sanctuary lamp.

To discover also: the path of cross of Alix Aymé on lacquer (1948), the 15th station designed by Isabelle Emmerique, master of lacquer (2014) and its support in marquetry designed by Marie Collino (2015); the reliquary of Sainte-Florida (wax restored in 2015 by Stéphanie Duboc).
